Not interested in sleeping away your school break? Good, because we
don’t think that’s a good use of your brain. We recruit
forward-thinking, result-driven students that can help us find fresh
and innovative ways to take our business to the next level.
Each of our Internship Programs is a direct feeder into our full-time trainee programs. There’s no coffee run or making copies here. An impactful, challenging summer at AB will let you prove your mettle and ability to produce results so you can join our team. Best of all, you can skip the career fair lines on campus and make up for that lost beach time.
This program will give you the opportunity to lead and contribute to strategic projects within a function (sales, logistics, marketing, people, etc.). with direct exposure to senior leadership.

Kelly, People Trainee Program
Sometimes the hardest things in life are those that are most worth doing—a wise man once said that, right? We're serious about finding the best talent, which is why we take our competitive selection process seriously. So when you are selected, you’ll know that you’re joining an all-star team. Each of our internship programs has a slightly different process, but the example below will give you a good idea of the steps involved.
You’ve heard all the rumors about making copies and running errands for the boss. You may have even heard some companies say their interns get to work on “real-world projects that enhance the value stream of the business.” Yeah, we don’t know what that means either.
What we do know is that as an intern, you’ll work on the same projects that full-time employees work on. Projects that have true impact, because they will empower and challenge you on a daily basis. Your manager and team will be there to help you along the way and by the end of the summer you’ll know you made a difference.
P.S. We have office coffee but everyone gets their own cup of Joe, so there are no intern coffee runs.
Absolutely. You’ll notice that the requirements are relatively broad. At AB you’re not limited by what it says on that insanely expensive piece of paper you get while wearing a cap and a gown. A chemical engineer doing marketing? Check. Business majors running shifts in a world-class brewery? Definitely. Engineers in HR? Stop it. No one would do that. Except us! Find the program(s) that sounds right for you and apply away.
It depends. Will there be free pretzels? Kidding! We're willing to go find top talent for our company anywhere and everywhere we go. Check with your career centers to see if we'll be stopping by. But please, bring your own snacks.
If we don’t have a scheduled event on your campus, there’s a different date for you. Be sure to check the job posting for specifics.
