US CEO
Michel sets the course for Anheuser-Busch’s growth and long-term success. With a deep background in sales and marketing, he is relentlessly focused on anticipating consumer and societal trends while fostering a culture of constant innovation in order to meet the rapidly evolving needs of today’s consumer. With more than 20 years of global commercial experience spanning multiple markets, Michel implemented a strategic vision to lead industry and company growth. Under his watch, Anheuser-Busch has returned to topline growth for the first time in six years. Michel joined A-B InBev in 1996 and managed commercial operations in Latin America, Asia, and in the global headquarters before assuming leadership of Anheuser-Busch and the North American business in January of 2018.
US Chief Financial Officer
Nick is responsible for finance, technology, and shared services. He has been with A-B InBev for nearly 10 years. During his time at the company, Nick has held roles in finance, technology and sales in North America, Asia-Pacific and in our Global Headquarters in New York. Prior to Anheuser-Busch, Nick was with McKinsey and with Skadden Arps LLP. Nick holds a bachelors degree in mathematics from Stanford and a law degree from Yale.
US Chief Sustainability and Procurement Officer
Ingrid is the Chief Procurement and Sustainability Officer for Anheuser-Busch where she is responsible for designing the most efficient and sustainable supply chain for the country’s leading brewer. Ingrid leads a talented team dedicated to driving transformational change by igniting a passion for innovation founded on a basis of operational excellence. She has been with A-B InBev for more than two decades and her thirst for building a more sustainable world has been a constant throughout several key leadership positions around the globe, including a recent global packaging procurement role where she reshaped global supply markets for the company. Ingrid holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business engineering from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
US Chief Strategy Officer
Benoit is dedicated to inspire and enable uncommon growth, in people, organizations, and communities, through higher purpose and deep human insights. Passionate about consumers and future-forward, Benoit brings together conceptual thinking and analytical discipline to strategy, to unlock consumer-centric growth. He has worked as a strategic advisor to A-B InBev over the past decade, working on various growth initiatives across the globe, more recently in South Korea and North America. Equipped with a rich and diverse experience across a wide set of industries, Benoit comes with deep understanding of the super-premium consumer market, and the wine and spirits category, having worked at Moet Hennessy (LVMH) and Diageo, in the USA. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Vice President and General Counsel
Seth is a St. Louis native and Vice President and General Counsel for North America. He is passionate about driving results through thoughtful legal counsel and creative problem solving and protecting our reputation as the leader of the beer industry. Seth joined the company in 2012, and most recently led the Litigation and Liability section, overseeing litigation, intellectual property, environmental, and workers’ compensation matters. He has overseen several high-profile matters with an eye to protecting and upholding Anheuser-Busch's reputation. Seth holds degrees from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and St. Louis University School of Law.
US Chief People Officer
Lindsay has had a multitude of roles with A-B InBev since beginning her career with Labatt in 2007, including leading People teams in Canada, Australia, Southeast Asia and India. While working in APAC South, she managed the complex people integration for the merger with SAB Miller. In her most recent position, at ABI’s Global Headquarters in New York, Lindsay was at the forefront of the company’s Inclusion and Diversity agenda, introducing coaching initiatives such as Better Up and our Women’s Leadership Program. Lindsay graduated with honors from the University of Western Ontario and has a post graduate degree in Human Resources.
US Chief Marketing Officer
Marcel leads marketing strategy for some of the world’s largest and fastest growing brands. He’s responsible for a transformation within our marketing organization where people are at the center of everything we do. Marcel is widely recognized within the industry, recently being named to Forbes “World’s Most Influential CMOs” list. A noted advocate for leading change, Marcel is a member of Adweek’s Diversity & Inclusion Council and leads Anheuser-Busch’s partnerships with AIMM’s #SeeHer and #SeeAll initiatives to promote inclusive advertising. With over a decade of experience at ABI, Marcel has spent his career connecting its beers to people and culture to drive growth. Prior to his U.S. leadership role, he was our Global VP, Marketing Brands and Growth Development Platforms where he managed international expansion.
Business Unit President, Brewers Collective
Marcelo Michaelis, known to most as Mika, is the president of the Brewers Collective, our dedicated workforce that supports our amazing craft partners. He leads the charge to grow our craft breweries while staying true to the cultures that made them so successful in the first place. Mika's appreciation for great beer and amazing sales and marketing experiences led him to A-B InBev almost two decades ago in Brazil. He has spent the last few years in the US as a regional vice president and today, he’s focused on finding new ways to elevate beer and to advance the category as a whole.
US Chief Logistics Officer
Over the past 20 years, Elito has delivered consistent results and developed great teams for our operations around the globe. He joined the North American team in 2018, bringing valuable experience to drive success and innovation in our supply chain. Previously Global Vice President Operations and Logistics, he has supported our Global Brands expansion and achieved major improvements in service level, safety, quality and sustainability KPIs. Elito holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, two executive MBAs, and has also completed Supply Chain Programs from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Stanford University.
VP, Business and Wholesaler Development
As a 40-year veteran of Anheuser-Busch, Bob has incredible insight into the US market, and there is not a more dedicated or respected “Bud Man” than him. Starting as a delivery route driver early in his career, Bob has climbed through the ranks and is now responsible for managing our relationships with our independent wholesalers nationwide. He has been integral in developing our Win Together platform with our wholesalers and as VP, Business and Wholesaler Development, he will continue to focus on strengthening our partnership with our wholesaler network. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science from Providence College in Rhode Island.
US Chief Supply Officer
Dave’s passion is making great beer. With over two decades spent at Anheuser-Busch, he’s put that passion to work at many of our breweries across the country, and most recently in leading our aluminum can, lid and glass bottle production. Now the head of Supply, Dave is tasked with overseeing our North American breweries and other facilities. Dave has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Missouri and an MBA from the College of William & Mary.
US Chief External Affairs Officer
César joined Anheuser-Busch in 2017 as Chief External Affairs Officer where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s external affairs agenda in the U.S. Drawing on a global perspective gained over more than 20 years, César leads a dynamic team of legal experts and public affairs professionals that protect and advance Anheuser-Busch’s reputation and enable company growth. Over the course of his career, César has successfully managed industry-leading communications and government relations initiatives, election campaigns, and outreach programs in all 50 U.S. states and in more than 100 countries. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Manufacturers and the Hispanic Scholarship Fund. César was born and raised near Los Angeles, California and graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.
US Chief Sales Officer
As a recognized commercial leader in the beverage industry, Brendan brings a deep understanding of US consumers and a proven ability to drive topline growth across top brands and key channels. Since he joined us in 2013, Brendan has held key positions in our sales functions including leading trade marketing, category and sales technology efforts in the US. Brendan brings a strong sense of dedication and drive to the role after serving our country in the US Marine Corps and Central Intelligence Agency for over 8 years. Brendan holds a dual bachelor’s degree in economics and classics from Bucknell University and an MBA from Harvard University.
Business Unit President, Beyond Beer
Fabricio has been at the forefront of global business and planning strategy for over 17 years with A-B InBev. He has served in positions across the globe bringing the concepts of unstoppable trends and long-term thinking projects to the strategic agenda and leading growth in Latin America, Asia, and North America. Fabricio holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from Mackenzie University of Sao Paulo. He has also completed post-graduate programs in Marketing and Marketing Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management.
Business Unit President, Canada
Over the past 18 years, Kyle has leveraged his broad experience with Labatt Breweries of Canada and A-B InBev, particularly in sales and marketing, to continuously deliver successful results, innovative strategies and disruptive ideas. As VP, Global Brands and earlier, as VP Marketing at Labatt, he has driven growth in Budweiser, as well as Corona, Stella Artois and regional and high-end Canadian products. He has led his teams through campaigns that earned a number of major awards, including CASSIES, Canada's premier advertising awards, and a Gold Lion award at Cannes. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of British Columbia.
