Anheuser-Busch Announces Support for Frontline Employees and Wholesaler Partners

We remain confident that our 10-year strategy and continued emphasis on focus, simplicity, and consistency, combined with strong campaigns and investment behind our Mega Brands, will drive our shared success in the long term. As we look ahead, we will build momentum by leaning on the unparalleled power of our brewer-wholesaler partnership and on the strength of our portfolio.
Today, we are sharing how we are extending our assistance to ensure our wholesaler partners have the support they need to move forward, connect with consumers, and drive growth in our markets across the country.
This second part of our Wholesaler Support plan includes:
o Financial Support: First, we are extending our financial support for equity wholesalers in the form of sales incentive payments to wholesalers for beer sold through the first quarter of 2024, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
o Freight/Fuel Surcharge Reimbursement: Second, we will also continue to reimburse wholesalers for the Freight/Fuel Surcharge through the first quarter of 2024.
o Extended Credit: Third, we will continue to provide additional credit to wholesalers through the second quarter of 2024, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
o Market Share Recovery Incentive: Finally, we will establish a market share recovery incentive beginning in the second quarter of 2024 through the end of the year as we work together to build momentum behind our diverse portfolio of brands.

Second, we are providing financial assistance to our independent wholesalers to help them support their employees.
